UK MCA Publishes Guide to SOLAS Amendments

The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency established a Website entitled -Safety of Navigation Implementing SOLAS Chapter V, 2002 located at, http://www.mcga.gov.uk/publications/SITE/ safetyofnavigation/index.htm . The Website provides a guide to the new SOLAS requirements, which came into effect on July 1, 2002.
