Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP – technical conference

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is convening a technical conference in Washington, DC on November 9 (tomorrow) to discuss certain issues raised by a recent filing of the Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP. The purpose of the technical conference is to discuss whether the language proposed in the filing is consistent with current FERC policies concerning title transfer tracking, as well as the practices of other LNG terminals. 69 Fed.
