USCG, MarAd to Convene on Port Pelican Project

The U.S. Coast Guard and the Maritime Administration (MarAd) issued a joint Notice stating that they will hold a public meeting in New Orleans on August 18, 2003 to receive information relevant to the issuance or denial of a federal license for the proposed Port Pelican LLC Deepwater Port project.

Written comments on the project should be submitted by October 2, 2003. Source: HK Law
