The UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has stated that the Secretary of State’s Representative in Maritime Salvage and Intervention (SOSREP) has cleared the way for two more vessels from the U.S. Maritime Administration’s James River anchorage to be towed to Teesside for recycling.
