The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issued a Notice announcing the initiation of Round 4 of the Port Security Grant Program. TSA anticipates that $49,500,000 will be available for distribution in this round. Applications must be submitted by June 9. 69 Fed. Reg. 25138 (May 5, 2004).
